ArenaCX is modernizing the Contact Center Outsourcing industry with a new approach to sourcing and managing your outsourced service provider (BPO). With their fast growth, AreanCX sought a way to streamline their business processes and came to BizSprints to help. After careful discovery, Monday.com was selected to centralize all business processes and data to create a single pane of glass for ArenaCX leadership and team members.

The BizSprints configuration and integrations team created custom boards, integrations, and automated countless processes based on the needs of the ArenaCX team. Each board and process was carefully created and then reviewed with the team it was intended for to ensure it matched the needs of the team. This process provided a sense of ownership of the boards and created an atmosphere to help with the long-term adoption of the system across all departments within ArenaCX.

The final step was a combination of online hosted webinar training and board-integrated training models for self-guided education. Helping empower the end-user to learn how to use the boards and then make those boards their own.
